Oil Can’s Incredibly Awesome Steak
A P.C.R.R. tradition being cooked on a genuine Phil Reader “Cowboy Hibachi”…on the other side of the country! Slow-marinated rotisserie Santa Maria-style tri-tip, and the inaugural meal from this particular apparatus. C/n 27 (or so), completed 12/07 in the Santa Margarita Ranch tractor shop.
